Letter January 1864 to Colonel Wilson, complaining of inadequate provisions, his efforts to get supplies and his inability to get an interview with General Banks. Refers to President Lincoln's comments regarding supplies and the "facts being to the contrary." A pass, Dec. 4, 1861, for Mr. William Butler and Lady to Fort Holt and Cairo, signed by Major Mudd.
