Scope and Contents

Resolution, April 25, 1865 presented by Stephen T. Logan in memorial to the slain president and friend to many of that bar and in order to show their respect and sincere sympathy they adjourn and attend the funeral. Written and signed by Charles H. Lanphier, clerk. Resolution, Nov. 30, 1885, presented by Judge William L. Gross on the death of Major John T. Stuart, that the court adjourn and they proceed as a body to the home of "their deceased brother" to attend the funeral.
