Biographical / Historical

Hugh "Red" O. Argraves (1922-2010) was born in Decatur, Illinois, and briefly worked in California as an extra in several films. He served as a Private First Class in the U.S. Army during World War II. After returning home Argraves worked in several theaters in Rockford, Illinois, including the New State Theater, Rockford, Illinois and wrote poetry and plays.
