Abstract Thomas Jefferson Henderson was a Colonel of the 112th Illinois Infantry, brevetted Brigadier General in 1865 by Abraham Lincoln, and served as a Republican in the Illinois legislature and the U.S. Congress. The collection includes correspondence, diary, history, reports, genealogical report, newspaper clippings, orders, circulars, muster rolls, inventories, and ordnance records.
