Collection includes board of directors and stockholders meeting minutes (1905-1919), ledgers (1894-1926), trial balances (1909-1926), inventories (1913-1925), and time books/payrolls (1911-1922 and 1928-1937). Collection apparently consists of only a sampling of various records kept by the company during a part of its existence. Company minutes, which include a copy of Anton Dirksen’s will, document the conduct of official business when the company operated as a corporation.
