Scope and Contents The Barbara Flynn Currie Papers consist of 35 cubic feet of bill files, correspondence, reports, newspaper clippings, press releases, office records and election information documenting Currieâs career as a member of the Illinois House of Representatives, beginning in 1979. The collection included bill files, subject files and correspondence files from both her Springfield and District offices.

Scope and Contents The Eugenia S. Chapman Papers, 1965-1988, consist of 18 cubic feet of correspondence, reports, pamphlets, press releases, newsletters, legislative bills, minutes, womenâs information and clippings. Most of the material dates from 1972 to 1982. The collection documents Chapmanâs career in the Illinois House of Representatives and her interest in womenâs rights, education and health service.
